Q: What's the catch?
A: No Catch. We want everyone to enjoy saving money while trying new restaurants and
businesses. There are no hidden fees and all the gift certificates that are for sale have been approved
by the businesses who are allowing us to sell them. Each certificate is only valid at the location noted in
the auction information and each business has its own unique disclaimers so make sure you read the
restrictions of each certificates before making a purchase.
Q: How often can I buy the same gift certificate?
A: Because the deals on RubberDollar.com are so incredible, we can only let you purchase and
redeem the same gift certificate once in a per 90-day period, per household. We would also ask that you don't purchase the
same gift certificate more than a couple of times. Restaurants really don't want to see the same people
coming back over and over with a gift certificate in their hand. After all, they must make reasonable profits
to stay in business as well.
Q: What if I choose to purchase multiple gift certificates? What's the worst that can happen.
A: If you give them to your friends. . . great! If you try and use two at a time or go back multiple days
in a row you run the risk that the restaurant or business will not be able to accept the gift certificate, nor will
RubberDollar.com be able to offer you a refund. This could be expensive and embarrassing.
Q: What if I didn't notice a disclaimer or other information on the gift certificate that prevents me
from using it? How do I get a refund?
A: RubberDollar.com will refund your payment if the restaurant goes out of business but we
can not be responsible for buyers who fail to read the rules & restrictions before making a purchase.
